Anadolu Efes - Unicaja Malaga

Anadolu Efes Unicaja Malaga tip
There are only 2 games remaining in Euroleague competition, Anadolu Efes is hosting Unicaja Malaga in Istanbul tonight. Home side already secured going through the group stage. What they fight for is to get themselves placed again in the top 2 seeds of the standings.

After having a fabolous TOP 16 performance, Anadolu Efes' rythm has declined significantly. They had been achieving close victories for some weeks and they eventually lost against Zalgiris Kaunas last week. I believe this victory may have been a well awakening incentive, so they are supposed to fully concentrate tonight in order to win this match up.

Visiting Unicaja Malaga is nearly eliminated from the competition. What they have to do is to win both of the remaining games and Panathinaikos has to lose both of its games in the meantime as well. So, that's the reason why they are almost out of the competition. Nevertheless, this doesn't mean they are to take things easier on the court tonight as we all notice what one of the worst two teams of the competition,Besiktas, did last week against Montepaschi Siena.

Considering Anadolu Efes' home court advantage and their latest loss against Zalgiris Kaunas, they are likely to be heavily motivated for this game. Today, Real Madrid is hosted in Moscow, so Anadolu Efes regains the top 2 spot provided that they win, regardless of the outcome of the match up in Moscow. Unicaja Malaga is reported to have serious injury problems. Earl Calloway and Krunoslav Simon are definitelly out whereas Luka Zoric didn't train with the team at all since last week. Anadolu Efes doesn't have any injury problems besides Sascha Vujacic's known absence.

Counting on the early dominance of home side, my pick will be by first half spread.

Pick: Anadolu Efes First Half -4.5 @ 1.90
Stake: 8/10

Good luck and happy betting!
