Turk Telekom - Anadolu Efes

turk telekom anadolu efes pick
In the closedown of match day #6, Turk Telekom is going to host Anadolu Efes in Ankara tonight. Last week, Turk Telekom defeated Tofas on the road by executing a final possession properly, whereas Anadolu Efes managed to take down visiting Aliaga Petkim at the final quarter after 3 quarters of head to head scoring.

As we mentioned earlier in those pages, Turk Telekom is quite unstable team whose performance is probably the most difficult one to guess. Last week, they managed to obtain a victory on a tough road game against Tofas. However, just a week before, they lost miserably at home against Aliaga Petkim, a team which also had been striving to find its rythm. Home side Turk Telekom is a rotation that is significantly above the league average, but their games are open to bear any outcome possible. Generally, their playing style is based on shooting performance, which is clearly explained by their low assists statistics. They sometimes exaggerate it even more, attempting more 3 points shoots than 2 points fiel goals. So, Turk Telekom could beat or at least make anyone suffer provided that their outside scoring is efficient.

Anadolu Efes is clearly the most expensive squad, with the widest rotation available for Turkish basketball league. So far, they've done quite all right in euroleague scene. They didn't have any problems in domestic league, either. They lost only against Galatasaray Medical Park which wasn't a surprising result, because Galatasaray is just another elite team around. The team doesn't have any problems reported, so all their players except Stanko Barac should be available to confront Turk Telekom tonight.

Although Anadolu Efes struggles some motivation problems especially after Euroleage victories, I don't expect them to experience any problems beating Turk Telekom tonight. Anadolu Efes pushed hard against Emporio Armani especially in the third quarter of the match and defeated his opponent by also covering the double average clause for eventual standings. Sasha Vujacic was certainly the key player behind the victory, where Jordan Farmar was expected to step up, but he just couldn't. Anadolu Efes spent a lot of effort to catch Emporio Armani from behind. However, they have a wide rotation, so such fatigue should be tolerated easily for tonight's match up.

I'm sure it is going to be very exciting game. I believe, after defeating Tofas last week, Turk Telekom has enough credit to compensate a possible loss against Anadolu Efes. I expect a balanced game, visitors exploiting their wide rotation to take the command especially in the second half. Jordan Farmar's performance was little bit disappointing. So, he is very likely to take initiative today to regain confidence. Turk Telekom is a reckless team, so high spread shouldn't be so worrisome. Game total betting is risky as it totaly depends on the unconsistent shooting performance of home side.

Pick : Anadolu Efes -9.5 @ 1.88

Good luck and happy betting!
